What we collect
Through the mockup request form: your name, your business, your industry, the address of your current website (if you give it), your email, your phone number and, if you wish, a few words about your project. Nothing else: no hidden field, no profiling.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your mockup or management request and to discuss your project. Legal basis: your consent, given when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
36 months at most after our last exchange, then deletion. The data is never sold or shared with third parties. It is hosted in the European Union (Supabase, EU region).
Audience measurement
The site uses an in-house audience measurement, with no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker. Statistics are aggregated and anonymous: they count visits, not people.
Cookies
The public site uses only one family of trackers subject to consent: Google Ads advertising cookies (conversion measurement and relevance of our campaigns). They are set only after your explicit consent, given through the consent banner: declining is as easy as accepting, and the site works exactly the same without them. These cookies last 13 months at most. If you arrive from one of our ads, the origin of the campaign (UTM parameters and Google click identifier) is attached to your contact request, only to know which ad brought you here, never to profile you.
Your choice (acceptance as well as refusal) is kept for 6 months at most, then the question is asked again. You can change it at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. To learn more about the data processed by Google: Google Ads privacy policy.
The client area (after login) also uses authentication cookies, strictly necessary for the service you requested: they are exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the guidelines of the CNIL, the French data protection authority. Audience measurement, for its part, remains in-house and cookie-free (see above).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. A single request is enough: contact@brnsg.com, reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
